Remarkably, we have a good working relationship with the disparate interests of the University Accommodation Offices, students themselves, the Council and a variety of private landlords.

We no longer take deposits. For the landlord, there is an all inclusive 12% fee (including tenant finding, contracts and rent collection).

Our experienced workmen are always available to deal with the inevitable maintenance problems.
